Our Policy
Thank you for being an SUPERLAY customer. Due to the digital nature of our credit-based system and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase, all purchases are final and generally non-refundable.
1Eligibility for a Refund
We issue a refund only if the SUPERLAY application is completely non-functional due to our fault. To be eligible, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Timeframe
You must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase date. For Refunds it will take 10 - 15 business days.
Required Proof
You must provide a clear video recording demonstrating the issue after following basic troubleshooting steps suggested by our team.

3Subscription Cancellations
We provide a simple, self-serve way to cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your Account Settings page and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button.
After You Cancel
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until that date.
Please note, as stated in Section 2, we do not provide refunds for forgetting to cancel a subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscription prior to the renewal date.
4How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (based on the eligibility in Section 1), email our support team at support@superlay.ai with your account email, purchase date, and proof video.
Our team will review your request carefully and respond within a few business days.
