Welcome to SUPERLAY! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our desktop application ("App"), our website ("Site"), and the services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement.
By creating an account, downloading the App, or using any part of our Service, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the Service.
SUPERLAY is an AI-powered co-pilot designed to enhance productivity. The Service includes, but is not limited to, real-time audio transcription, AI-powered analysis of conversations and screen captures to generate insights and summaries, and customizable AI personas.
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account and legally use the Service.
You are solely responsible for protecting your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide and maintain accurate and complete information when registering your account.
We offer free and various paid subscription plans. You agree to pay all applicable fees for paid plans, which are processed via our third-party payment partner, Razorpay.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, with the bill generated the day before your renewal date. To prevent automatic charges, you must cancel your subscription via your account dashboard at least 48 hours prior to renewal. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once a bill has been generated.
All purchases are generally non-refundable. Please review our full Refund Policy for specific, limited circumstances where a refund may be issued.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates the law or these Terms, including but not limited to:
Recording, transcribing, or processing any content without the necessary legal right or explicit consent of all parties involved.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or treaty.
Infringing upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of SUPERLAY or any third party.
Transmitting any content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, or obscene.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the App or Site.
SUPERLAY and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, the App, the Site, and all associated intellectual property.
You retain full ownership rights to the content you generate. You grant us a limited, revocable license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
The SUPERLAY Service relies on integrations with third-party providers for core functionality, such as secure cloud infrastructure, speech processing, and artificial intelligence. Your use of our Service is also subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The accuracy and quality of transcriptions and AI-generated content are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERLAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
